Serious about a merger

Following the Federal Communications Commission’s staff approval of the XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. merger, WSJ’s Heidi Moore says there’s one last, high hurdle to jump — the FCC’s commissioners.
