Ian Anthony Roderiquez, 35, is charged with murder, four counts of attempted murder and five counts of torture. Roderiquez’s son Richard, who was stabbed to death, had also suffered a broken leg and a fractured skull in the March 22 incident. Roderiquez’s wife and two daughters have been released from the hospital, but two other sons are still being treated for blunt-force trauma.
