Kenneth Skerritt passed away peacefully at Riverside Community Hospital on June 30th at the age of 73. Ken was born in Ennistymon, County Clare Ireland.
He came to the United States in 1958 and became a U.S. Citizen shortly after. He served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1961 and served his country well with an honorable discharge. Ken retired from Alumax Inc. in 1992 as their accounting supervisor in Riverside.
His pleasures in life were cooking, reading and traveling. Ken leaves his life partner of 40 years, Ernest J. Duran, also of Riverside plus many friends. The viewing and services will be held at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside on Thursday, July 9th at 10:00 a.m. with graveside service to follow.
